I'm so unprepared for tonight's Oscar awards. Last year I saw ALL of the best picture nominees. This year, I've only seen three: The Descendants, Hugo and Midnight in Paris. I have My Week With Marylin (best actress) but I haven't watched it yet.

Pedal Painting: the preparation.
I have something to say about this photo and I've covered it in this blog before concerning douche bags holding signs. First thing I want to say is that I think it's funny. Yeah, the guy is holding a sign of himself making a face while he's actually making the face. Yes, it's funny and clever. The other thing I want to add is that this guy is a piece of shit. Look at the picture for a second. Can you imagine having to sit behind this dickhead and every time something exciting happens in the game he throws up that stupid sign in front of your face? He holds it up high enough that he can see just fine thank you. Look at the guy behind him in the gray shirt. He's sitting there looking at the back of the sign instead of that sweet dunk. I'm sure that guy along with everyone else behind him wants to beat his ass.
Just whipped up this pedal design in photoshop. I'm thinking about making it a reality. It needs a few adjustments but that's more or less what I'm gonna do. Ok, on second thought, I don't like it. Back to the drawing board. Ok, I'm back from the drawing board with a Tarheel colored version. Kinda oversimplified but better than the first. Back to the drawing board. Third iteration completed with moon surface and knob labels added. It's looking up. Added a new one with the NASA font. Coolio.
